Home Visit

Our designer will work with you to create window designs and door designs that satisfy all of your needs. We’ll consider your home’s current look, feel, and general structure, its size, location and exposure, and your budget. These factors all make a difference to your window design or door design.

*If you are building a new home, we can develop a window and door plan from blueprints and install your windows and doors during the overall construction*

Written Proprosal & Quotation

You will receive a written proposal and quotation for your custom replacement windows or custom entry door designs that best suits your home improvement situation. You can let us know if you have any questions or would like to discuss it further.

Approval

Once the proposal is approved, we will build your windows and/or doors to your specifications. Our manufacturers maintain the highest standard of design, construction, and durability.

Installation

We will install your windows and/or doors at a time that fits your schedule with as little disruption as possible, often in just one day. This includes disposal of old windows and/or doors, as well as clean-up and debris removal.

Final Inspection

A Thermo-Bilt representative will conduct a final inspection to make sure the windows and doors replacement was perfect. We will stop at nothing to guarantee customer satisfaction.
